8. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of SugarMummySingles shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any claim shall be resolved on an individual basis through binding confidential arbitration, waiving any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
